Teams at CSI

Serve as primary technical product owner translating strategy into prioritized technical roadmaps and user stories, manage backlog, support cloud modernization, APIs and microservices, coordinate multiple Scrum teams, validate delivery, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Support corporate tax compliance and reporting across income, sales/use, property, and regulatory filings. Prepare workpapers, estimates, and returns; research tax laws; assist audits; reconcile tax accounts; identify credits/exemptions; and collaborate with internal teams using Excel, Adobe, Workday, and Avalara.

Lead programs to train and enable teams on AI tools, build champion networks, measure adoption, identify and remove friction, and partner with product and operations to scale AI usage and deliver measurable business value through continuous improvement.
