Leads electrical and electronic hardware system design for hybrid mining applications from concept through validation. Translates requirements into technical solutions, optimizes architectures and controls, resolves complex issues through root-cause analysis, and collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, software, and supplier teams. Provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, improves engineering processes, and supports product testing and implementation.

Lead multiple sales-related projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, engineering, service, vendors, contractors, and clients. Maintain milestone reporting, resolve issues, capture lessons learned, and ensure project deliverables achieve intended outcomes. The role requires project leadership, strong organization, communication, financial understanding, research skills, and familiarity with power generation products and construction-related processes.

Deliver talent acquisition analytics, dashboards, scorecards, market intelligence, and executive-ready reporting to support workforce and hiring decisions. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, HR technology, and business leaders to translate data into recommendations, evaluate recruiting programs and technology investments, monitor project performance, and improve processes, compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
