Provide transaction coordination and client service for corporate real estate portfolios: manage lease expirations, prepare negotiation summaries and reports, support documentation for leases/purchases/subleases, coordinate commissions and revenue entries, update TM systems (Fusion/CoStar/REFLEX), and perform portfolio reporting and administrative tasks.

Develop and implement energy, water, and GHG reduction strategies for commercial and industrial buildings. Perform ASHRAE Level I/II audits, retro-commissioning, cost estimates, data analysis, energy modeling, and prepare technical reports and client presentations. Support business development and incentive applications, coordinate with clients and interdisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects.

Lead and mentor a design team for assigned accounts, manage project timelines, budgets and standards, oversee space planning, FF&E selections, code-compliant design deliverables, coordinate third-party consultants, and provide training and workplace strategy to meet client goals and occupant needs.
