The Business Analyst supports multifamily client services through underwriting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, market research, and competitive analysis. The role partners with business development, regional operations, and executive leadership to support pursuits, identify performance improvements, improve data quality, and implement reporting automation. Success involves delivering accurate insights, influencing business decisions, improving reporting efficiency, and developing scalable analytical tools.

Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial properties. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and controls; conduct safety and life-safety inspections; respond to emergencies; document work; and perform general property repairs, housekeeping, and energy management tasks.

Leads a regional project management service line, overseeing client relationships, financial management, design, planning, construction, vendors, risk, and project execution. Manages multidisciplinary staff, develops talent, ensures contractual and regulatory compliance, oversees capital improvement programs across multiple sites, and supports strategic direction. Requires strong project management, consulting, communication, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and corporate real estate expertise.
