The Account Director manages client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, team management, financial performance, and strategic direction across multiple service lines.

Manage local office support operations and supervise administrative staff. Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, facilities, CRM compliance, recruiting/onboarding, expense approvals, events, and office technology. Partner with market leadership to implement operational best practices and support sales and transactions.

Support the Project Manager to deliver campus and facilities projects: track documentation, budgets, schedules, vendors, contractors, and reports; assist across planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, and occupancy; prepare status reports and preliminary construction budgets; may own smaller projects.
