Contract analyst will evaluate commercial, open-source, and on‑prem AI model options and build a repeatable framework to assess cost, capability, and security tradeoffs. Primary work includes building and maintaining AI cost models, validating approaches to control AI spend, tracking vendor renewals, and supporting smaller vendor evaluations (SMS/messaging compliance and pricing). Requires independent execution and clear communication with technical and finance stakeholders.
