Lead Cyberhaven’s integration ecosystem strategy and roadmap, including connectors, APIs, data sharing, and marketplace partnerships. Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions, guide technical discovery with partner engineering teams, and program-manage integrations from scoping through launch, certification, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Define measurable customer and business outcomes, coordinate sales, customer experience, and marketing readiness, and ensure integrations deliver revenue growth, broader coverage, and faster customer value.

Lead and grow Cyberhaven’s Technical Account Management team, establishing operating models, coverage strategies, metrics, playbooks, and customer engagement processes. Oversee technical customer outcomes from onboarding through renewal, manage escalations, support adoption and deployment, and contribute to renewals and expansions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Experience, and Sales to communicate customer feedback, improve diagnostics, conduct root-cause reviews, and strengthen security SaaS customer success.

Provide technical support for Cyberhaven’s data security and endpoint DLP platform. Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, reproduce and document bugs, escalate high-priority incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams. Guide customers on platform usage, understand their data security risks, maintain support documentation, meet SLA expectations, and contribute to support processes, reporting, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Own and scale technical enablement programs for Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Professional Services Engineers, and other technical go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include onboarding, certifications, hands-on labs, technical training, product-release enablement, sales methodology adoption, content governance, development paths, coaching support, and measurement. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership to improve technical readiness and execution across discovery, demos, POCs, and architecture engagements.

Own the technical relationship for assigned customers, overseeing deployment, configuration, integrations, adoption, health, and technical outcomes. Advise Security, IT, and operations stakeholders; troubleshoot endpoint, SaaS, and integration issues; manage escalations with Engineering; conduct technical reviews; guide upgrades and environment changes; and communicate customer feedback to Product and Operations. Maintain success plans, documentation, and best-practice resources while supporting renewals, expansions, and risk mitigation.
