Lead Cyberhaven’s integration ecosystem strategy and roadmap, including connectors, APIs, data sharing, and marketplace partnerships. Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions, guide technical discovery with partner engineering teams, and program-manage integrations from scoping through launch, certification, documentation, enablement, and adoption. Define measurable customer and business outcomes, coordinate sales, customer experience, and marketing readiness, and ensure integrations deliver revenue growth, broader coverage, and faster customer value.

Provide technical support for Cyberhaven’s data security and endpoint DLP platform. Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, reproduce and document bugs, escalate high-priority incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams. Guide customers on platform usage, understand their data security risks, maintain support documentation, meet SLA expectations, and contribute to support processes, reporting, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners across the Western region by developing go-to-market strategies, enabling partners, driving joint marketing and sales, creating partner account plans, measuring partner performance, and supporting recruitment and onboarding. Serve as the subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to internal sales teams to meet DR and pipeline goals.
