Lead and expand Cytel's large pharma accounts by managing global sales teams, creating and executing strategic account and sales plans, driving RFP/RFI responses and proposals, engaging stakeholders across organizations, and representing Cytel at industry events to win clinical trial and biometrics business.

Lead global IT strategy and operations for a life‑sciences CRO: oversee cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance (GxP/21 CFR/GDPR), enterprise applications and data strategy, digital transformation, vendor and budget management, and build a global IT organization to enable clinical research, data science, and product delivery.

Support Directors of Business Development to generate new business for Cytel9s biometric consulting, CRO and software services through prospecting, lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management. Maintain Salesforce records, process contracts, provide market feedback to product and marketing, attend industry events, and support account growth and scheduling of Cytel personnel. Role is inside-sales focused with potential to move to outside sales and account management.
