Teams at Databricks

Build and productionize customer-facing data and AI solutions on the Databricks Platform. Own architecture and technical design, develop end-to-end data pipelines and applications, integrate ML/AI models, guide enterprise customers, and deliver production systems. Collaborate with engineering, product, support, project management, and customer teams while contributing reusable frameworks and product feedback. The role requires customer travel approximately 20% of the time.

Senior legal counsel supporting international channel and partner programs for a high-growth technology company. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating partner agreements, developing scalable channel models, assessing compliance risks across jurisdictions, advising on privacy, security, AI, and intellectual property issues, creating training, and collaborating with commercial, operations, compliance, and business teams.

Leads pre-sales technical strategy for large Retail and CPG enterprise accounts, helping customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Databricks solutions. Partners with Account Executives, guides data and AI transformations, builds technical champions, aligns account strategies, supports proofs of concept, maintains production data systems, and mentors team members. The role requires strong expertise in cloud, big data, data science, production programming, and enterprise value selling.
