Lead legal support for strategic technology partnerships and complex alliance transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating term sheets and agreements, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, advising senior leadership, securing approvals, ensuring legal and policy compliance, supporting post-signing integration, and developing scalable partnering processes and templates. The role focuses on AI, cloud, data-platform, open-source, OEM, resale, and marketplace transactions.

Provide end-to-end product legal counsel to engineering, product, marketing, commercialization, and communications teams. Advise on data privacy, AI, cybersecurity, technology transactions, product risks, and global regulations. Draft and negotiate product and security-related agreements, including DPAs and BAAs; assess vendor data flows; support incident response; and improve legal processes. The role requires strong business judgment, technical understanding, communication skills, and at least eight years of relevant legal experience with state bar membership.

Build and extend Databricks platform features across backend, full stack, infrastructure, databases, systems, cloud, and customer-facing products. Responsibilities include full software development lifecycle ownership, architecture improvements, testing, production operations, and developing reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
