Teams at Datarails

Lead and develop a team of Implementation Customer Success Managers while overseeing multiple Datarails implementation projects from planning through deployment. Serve as a customer and internal escalation point, monitor timelines and scoped hours, manage project risks, conduct customer status meetings, and ensure successful handoffs. Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and live teams to improve implementation processes, playbooks, customer journeys, and product feedback.

Own the strategy, governance, and scalability of Datarails’ customer-facing content ecosystem. Audit and organize existing materials, establish creation and review frameworks, identify customer journey content gaps, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing. Maintain standards for structure, branding, accessibility, and accuracy while using content usage data to improve effectiveness.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customer accounts by driving upsells and cross-sells, developing account strategies, conducting QBRs, forecasting expansion pipelines, and partnering with Customer Success, Product, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing. The role focuses on customer adoption, relationship building, expansion quota attainment, Salesforce pipeline management, and selling finance-focused solutions to CFOs, FP&A teams, and Controllers.
