Owns IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access, security, compliance, vendor relationships, and employee support across corporate and clinical teams. The role designs scalable systems, resolves hardware and software issues, manages provisioning and deprovisioning, develops IT policies and documentation, supports HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and maintains disaster recovery and cybersecurity response practices. Periodic travel to regional offices is required.

Leads payer growth by identifying and developing national payer partnerships, managing long sales cycles, and negotiating value-based care contracts across Medicare and commercial plans. Owns payer RFP/RFI processes, proposals, relationship management, and market-specific economics. Partners cross-functionally on implementation handoffs, legal diligence, operational playbooks, and product feedback while supporting expansion into new markets. Requires strategic judgment, analytical skills, contract expertise, startup adaptability, and up to 20% travel.

Own day-to-day learning and development operations for care team onboarding across multiple markets. Manage training calendars, trainers, subject matter experts, session logistics, onboarding checklists, and LMS completion tracking. Lead training-week execution for new market launches, coordinate shadowing programs, measure training effectiveness, and use data and feedback to improve delivery. Build scalable training resources and launch playbooks while partnering with Clinical Operations and market leaders.
