Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Delineas cross-platform Desktop Client (and SDK/CLI). Build AI security features into Delinea's access proxy and platform: enforce just-in-time access, control agent-to-agent communication (MCP), connect and migrate capabilities into the platform while maintaining customer continuity.

Own strategy and performance of the B2B SaaS website: define persona-driven journeys, set standards and roadmaps, direct dev and design execution, run A/B and multivariate testing, optimize SEO/AEO/GEO and structured data, measure and report KPIs, and align web experience with product, marketing, demand gen and sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead and scale a global Deal Desk to structure complex SaaS transactions, own deal review and approval workflows, improve quote-to-cash across CRM/CPQ/CLM/billing/ERP, implement AI/ML for efficiency, provide analytics on discounting and deal quality, and build a high-performing global team while advising Sales and executives on strategic deals.
