Leads Delinea’s top-of-funnel marketing operations, including funnel strategy, target setting, marketing technology, lead-to-opportunity processes, forecasting, attribution, executive reporting, planning, budget management, data governance, and vendor oversight. Manages a director and distributed data-quality team while partnering with marketing, sales, IT, and business systems to improve pipeline generation, conversion, data integrity, and operational scalability.

Lead technical sales for runtime authorization across complex enterprise opportunities. Partner with account teams, conduct discovery, deliver demonstrations and workshops, own proofs of value, design integrations, answer security questionnaires, troubleshoot infrastructure environments, and enable sales teams. Advise engineers, architects, and CISOs on IAM, PAM, zero standing privilege, cloud-native access, and AI agent governance. Contribute reusable assets, product feedback, thought leadership, and customer onboarding while traveling approximately 25%.

Partners with Finance and Legal leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession, manager coaching, change management, employee relations, compensation, performance, engagement, and people analytics. Advises senior leaders, handles sensitive matters, and supports global teams across multiple regions.
