Maintains accounting records and financial reporting for real estate development projects across predevelopment, construction, lease-up, and stabilized operations. Responsibilities include journal entries, account reconciliations, financing and funding activity, project reporting, financial analysis, audits, tax support, and process improvements. The role collaborates with development, construction, treasury, asset management, property management, lenders, and investors, while supporting month-end and year-end reporting.

Assists with daily multifamily community operations, including rent collection, accounting, leasing, marketing, resident relations, lease administration, tax-credit compliance, reporting, and property management software updates. Supports move-ins, move-outs, renewals, resident events, and regulatory requirements while providing customer service and serving as onsite supervisor when the Community Manager is absent.

Lead preparation of accurate cost estimates and scopes for multifamily residential projects. Manage estimating associates, oversee bidding, negotiate subcontractor contracts, track bids, draft budgets and reports, ensure code and safety compliance, and improve estimating processes while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
