Maintain and own SOP, LMS, and controlled-document infrastructures across the portfolio. Administer LMS, manage SOP rollout/version control, support compliance document management, troubleshoot site issues, analyze patterns and recommend process or training improvements, and perform occasional site audits and visits.

Manage daily operations of a multifamily community including staffing, leasing, resident relations, maintenance oversight, budgeting, compliance (LIHTC/Fair Housing), vendor management, and community marketing. Lead and develop a team, ensure occupancy and financial targets, maintain property standards, and implement company systems and policies.

Lead preparation of accurate cost estimates and scopes for multifamily residential projects. Manage estimating associates, oversee bidding, negotiate subcontractor contracts, track bids, draft budgets and reports, ensure code and safety compliance, and improve estimating processes while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
