Support project managers on multifamily affordable housing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate stakeholders, manage documents (RFBs, RFIs, submittals, change orders), track schedule, budget, and quality, perform site walks, and assist reporting and closeout activities.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for multifamily residential and mixed-use projects; manage bidding, subcontractor negotiations, and estimating associates; analyze plans, specs, and budgets; maintain estimate records; present budgets and reports; ensure compliance with building and safety codes; improve estimating processes and meet deadlines.
