Leads customer data engineering strategy, delivery, team development, and roadmapping. Oversees data-driven product improvements, digital programs, quality initiatives, budgets, cybersecurity remediation, and portfolio management. Manages, mentors, and grows data engineering teams, including contractor teams, while guiding customer data platforms, omnichannel identity resolution, complex data modeling, and personalization-focused data science capabilities. Partners across the organization to execute strategic initiatives and build team capability.

Develops and maintains backend and cloud-native supply chain software supporting warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, inventory movement, and order workflows. Designs APIs, event-driven services, integrations, databases, and distributed systems; diagnoses defects, improves performance and security, and contributes to roadmaps. Coordinates team work, supports requirements analysis, mentors junior teammates, and helps deliver reliable solutions using Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools.

Lead creation and governance of target-state integration architecture and blueprints across ERP, supply chain, digital, data, and HCM domains. Guide solution architects, define standards and patterns, review designs, advise leadership, and ensure implementation aligns with enterprise strategy and integration objectives for large-scale transformation efforts.
