Didgwalic Wellness Center

The didgʷálič Wellness Center is a nonprofit integrated healthcare center provided by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community, serving community members across Island, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties in Washington State. Its mission is to improve outcomes with quality healthcare solutions by removing barriers to treatment. As the first fully integrated substance-use treatment center in the state, it combines primary care, behavioral health, psychiatric medication management, and medication-assisted treatment in one place, alongside dental care, mental health counseling, Traditional Indian Medicine practices, and free transportation, with locations in Anacortes, Bellingham, Concrete, and La Conner.
