Own post-sale success for a portfolio of enterprise customers: drive retention, renewals, and expansion; build multi-threaded relationships; run Executive Business Reviews; monitor customer health; manage device inventory and demand planning; coordinate with solutions, technical account managers, sales, and finance; and contribute to CS playbooks and onboarding frameworks.

Build and own the demand generation function: design and execute integrated campaigns, configure HubSpot (scoring, workflows, attribution), leverage product signals, manage paid acquisition, create technical content, report pipeline metrics to leadership, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to improve pipeline quality.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end GTM outbound pipeline and CRM integrations (Clay, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot). Integrate product usage signals, automate enrichment/scoring, build LLM-driven personalized email generation, ensure data quality, produce runbooks, and partner with Sales/RevOps to operationalize GTM workflows.
