Manages technical trainers and program managers, partners cross-functionally on product launches, and operates enablement systems including intake, registration, and knowledge hubs. Establishes KPIs covering ramp time, certification, productivity, competency, and customer outcomes. Applies AI to improve enablement productivity and requires strong understanding of technical products, security, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and architecture.

Leads a DevOps engineering team responsible for designing, operating, and scaling globally distributed DNS infrastructure. Oversees infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, observability, security, compliance, incident management, and multi-region deployments across cloud, bare-metal, and hybrid environments. Establishes SLOs, improves operational efficiency, supports DDoS resilience and DNS security, and partners with engineering, product, security, and executive stakeholders on infrastructure strategy and business growth.
