Writes and structures content for websites, digital experiences, campaigns, brands, scripts, and print. Develops content frameworks, messaging hierarchies, messaging architecture, brand voice, and machine-readable content. Conducts stakeholder interviews, reviews audits and audience data, contributes to creative concepts, leads client-facing sessions, presents strategies and copy, and collaborates with designers, strategists, and project managers.

Drive new business and manage client accounts for DCG ONE's print and fulfillment services. Develop strategic sales plans, deliver presentations, close deals, oversee program implementation, track projects, resolve client/vendor issues, and maintain professional communications across teams.

Drive sales for DCG ONE's print production channel by prospecting and developing client relationships nationwide, managing accounts from outreach to close, delivering presentations and proposals, participating in forecasting and product development, coordinating implementation of services, and providing ongoing customer service.

Feeds paper into sheet-fed presses and supports the Press Operator. Follows pressroom procedures, performs maintenance and preventative maintenance, maintains quality and cleanliness, interacts with clients, uses Image Control unit and basic computer skills, and reports defects or issues.

Manage and grow client relationships, consult on best practices, deliver pricing and project management for print production solutions, handle quotes/POs/invoicing, report on KPIs, coordinate production changes, and improve customer experience across accounts.
