Teams at Direct Travel

Manages client relationships, planning, execution, logistics, suppliers, budgets, and on-site delivery for meetings and events. Leads internal teams, negotiates contracts, oversees creative and promotional efforts, monitors financial performance, mentors project managers, and implements contingency plans. Requires at least four years of hospitality or performance-industry experience, including three years of meeting planning.

Arrange accurate and cost-effective domestic and international travel for corporate clients using group blocks, contracts, preferred suppliers, Amadeus, and Apollo. Support client accounts, enforce travel policies, provide traveler assistance, resolve first-level customer service and technical issues, monitor flights, complete air analysis, and maintain productivity, accuracy, and service standards. The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday Pacific-time schedule.

Completes accurate, cost-effective domestic corporate travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail. Supports client accounts, creates complex itineraries, follows travel policies and preferred supplier guidelines, and provides first-level customer and technical support. Maintains service, productivity, accuracy, and compliance standards while communicating professionally with travelers and travel arrangers. Participates in training and staff meetings and collaborates with colleagues to support efficient operations.
