Serve as primary client liaison for the forensics lab: schedule and host scoping calls, coordinate stakeholders (sales, PM, examiners), perform documentation and QC for forensic tickets, provide status updates, collect client feedback, and act as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager.

Serve as a domain expert advising law firms and corporate legal teams on litigation and eDiscovery efficiency. Lead operational discoveries, build quantitative business cases, design industry playbooks, and feed client insights into product, marketing, and sales to demonstrate DISCOs value and improve profitability and efficiency.

Transform AI prototypes into secure, scalable production systems by re-architecting code, designing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), implementing CI/CD, containerizing (Docker/Kubernetes), ensuring security/compliance, building APIs, monitoring, and enabling developer productivity with infrastructure-as-code, reusable templates, and documentation.
