Own technical relationships and complex deployments for strategic OT/ICS cybersecurity customers. Design secure architectures, troubleshoot networks and industrial protocols, advise on compliance and threat readiness, lead escalations and root-cause analysis, and mentor TAMs. Partner with executives, controls engineers, security teams, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve customer security posture, platform adoption, and operational outcomes without disrupting production.

Lead QA strategy and scalable test automation for cybersecurity web applications using Playwright and JavaScript. Build and maintain reliable automated testing frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, establish quality gates, diagnose failures, and support security testing. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve testing practices, coverage, reliability, and release quality across multiple products.
