The Strategic Channel Account Manager will develop relationships with key channel partners, drive joint go-to-market strategies, and deliver sales training while managing marketing efforts and supporting industry events.

Own and run partner marketing programs to, with, and through channel partners (VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, distributors, OEMs). Build partner enablement, training, and portal content; design and execute joint demand-generation campaigns, events, webinars, and content syndication; administer MDF/SPIFF and program budgets; stand up partner advisory boards and MSP councils; report program results and travel (~30%) for partner and industry events.

Build, ship, and operate internal AI tools: Claude plugins, skills, and MCP connectors; develop and monitor agents on a multi-agent platform; maintain deployed connectors and plugin marketplace; convert specifications into production tools; partner with business teams on time-boxed builds; perform light SQL/reporting; advocate and accelerate work using AI.
