Design and build scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, APIs, and analytics systems using Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, and DBT. Optimize performance, reliability, data quality, and cloud costs while enabling real-time and batch analytics. Partner with cross-functional teams on reporting, governance, and compliance initiatives. Mentor engineers, lead architecture decisions, conduct design reviews, and contribute to technical standards and hiring.

Own the vision, roadmap, revenue, and outcomes for Docker’s core Sandbox platform. Partner with developers, customers, designers, engineers, and ecosystem partners to define and deliver valuable, usable products. Engage users, prioritize features, guide iterative development, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and scale services. The role requires technical knowledge of developer tools, AI agents, software supply chains, security, and sandboxed environments, along with strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Leads Docker’s product organization and full product lifecycle across a growing developer-tooling portfolio. Responsibilities include hiring and developing product managers, establishing product vision and strategy, setting multi-team priorities, driving product-market fit and metrics, validating customer needs, managing roadmaps and OKRs, and fostering developer, partner, and customer ecosystems. The role operates in a fast-growth, remote-first environment and may represent Docker with customers, analysts, press, and industry events.
