Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, learning and development, HR operations, analytics, HR technology, and vendor relationships. Builds scalable systems and develops leadership capability while ensuring effective support for a distributed workforce.

Coordinate front desk operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail and shipments, ordering supplies, coding invoices, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining shared office spaces. Provide administrative and basic technology support, assist with facilities management, monitor vendors, coordinate facility access, track maintenance records, support emergency preparedness, and maintain building and safety compliance.
