Leads total rewards strategy, compensation, benefits, HR operations, HRIS optimization, reporting, compliance, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on budgeting, workforce planning, systems, process improvements, and regulatory requirements. Oversees benefits renewals, open enrollment, data governance, and service delivery while coaching team members and advising managers and employees.

Leads the Human Resources function for a 500-person organization, partnering with executive leadership on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, culture, compliance, and employee experience. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, learning and development, HR operations, analytics, HR technology, and vendor relationships. Builds scalable systems and develops leadership capability while ensuring effective support for a distributed workforce.

Coordinate front desk operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail and shipments, ordering supplies, coding invoices, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining shared office spaces. Provide administrative and basic technology support, assist with facilities management, monitor vendors, coordinate facility access, track maintenance records, support emergency preparedness, and maintain building and safety compliance.
