Oversees benefits renewals, open enrollment, data governance, and service delivery while coaching team members and advising managers and employees.

Leads the Human Resources function for a 500-person organization, partnering with executive leadership on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, culture, compliance, and employee experience. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, learning and development, HR operations, analytics, HR technology, and vendor relationships. Builds scalable systems and develops leadership capability while ensuring effective support for a distributed workforce.
