Teams at DPR Construction

Serve as local People Practices representative delivering employee and candidate experiences: onboarding, interview coordination, training logistics, event planning, early-career recruitment support, basic employee relations, onboarding/offboarding administration, and local execution of People Practices programs. Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence. Role is full-time on-site with weekly travel to Monroe, LA.

Lead employee communications for DPR megaprojects by developing strategy, overseeing content production and quality, supervising project communications staff, aligning messaging with leadership and culture, coordinating measurement and reporting, and managing vendors and budgets to drive engagement and consistency across channels.

Lead external communications for DPR megaprojects, oversee a team of communications professionals, develop media relations and crisis communications strategies, coordinate editorial and content planning, align messaging with stakeholders, track performance metrics, and ensure brand and legal compliance.
