The Staff Device Engineer will reverse engineer network-connected devices, architect device interaction applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate on technical challenges in industrial cybersecurity.

Provide first-line technical support for ICS/OT cybersecurity customers: triage and resolve common issues, document cases, use AI tools responsibly, escalate complex problems, support upgrades and configurations, contribute to the knowledge base using KCS practices, and participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation.

Design and implement high-performance backend systems in Rust for an OT security platform. Optimize architectures, participate across the development lifecycle, debug and elevate software quality, integrate third-party devices and AI tools, and contribute to a culture of peer feedback and continuous learning.
