Teams at Dropbox

Owns company-critical, long-term technical problems across multiple teams and organizations. Defines technical strategy, architectures, roadmaps, and engineering standards for large-scale customer-facing systems. Remains hands-on in software development while driving AI adoption in products and engineering workflows. Partners with senior product, engineering, and executive leaders to resolve complex problems, improve reliability and performance, and shape Dropbox’s technical direction.

Provides high-level executive administrative support to Dropbox’s Chief Business Officer, managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, communications, events, expenses, and follow-through. Partners closely with the Chief of Staff and executive offices to prioritize work, surface risks, coordinate leadership activities, and improve operating systems. Requires exceptional judgment, organization, communication, adaptability, and accuracy in a fast-changing environment.

Develop and lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns for enterprise product launches and evergreen motions. Define audiences, narratives, buyer journeys, channel roles, activation plans, measurement, and optimization strategies. Orchestrate owned, earned, and paid programs across cross-functional teams, guide campaigns from briefing through post-launch learning, and improve performance through analytics and portfolio insights.
