Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll and monthly sales commission processing, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, audit payroll/commission records, support international payroll vendors, lead payroll and 401(k) audits, respond to employee compensation inquiries, collaborate with People/Finance/RevOps/Legal, support month-end close and year-end reporting, and improve payroll/commission systems and models.
