Build and maintain cybersecurity controls across Dscout’s SaaS environment and internal IT systems. Secure AWS infrastructure and software development processes, implement SIEM and monitoring, assess threats, respond to incidents, manage vulnerabilities, support security policies and third-party risk reviews, and improve security awareness and controls.

Lead the mobile engineering team in evolving iOS and Android applications toward an AI-native, thin-client architecture. Define participant API and platform direction, contribute Python to backend services, establish AI-assisted development processes, improve DevOps and continuous delivery, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Product and Design. The role requires principal-level technical leadership, product focus, system architecture expertise, and hands-on use of AI coding agents.

Own and improve Salesforce and go-to-market systems, including automation, integrations, CPQ migration, quoting workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, data structures, and reporting processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to scope and implement scalable solutions. Administer AI-powered tools, document workflows, conduct training, and support cross-functional strategic decisions.
