Leads strategic initiatives, new business implementations, and client engagements from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include defining scope, building schedules and budgets, coordinating teams and vendors, managing risks and resources, tracking financial performance, reporting progress, maintaining client relationships, supporting training and recruiting, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, operational coordination, and delivery within established timelines and objectives.

Monitor and triage security, systems, network, and cloud alerts across client environments. Perform initial investigations, validate alerts, document incidents, follow SOPs, escalate suspicious activity, and support vulnerability management. The role also includes basic Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 operational monitoring, service troubleshooting, backup validation, and compliance activities in a remote 24/7 environment.

Monitors security, network, systems, and cloud alerts; performs initial triage, event correlation, validation, documentation, and escalation. Supports vulnerability remediation, server and infrastructure monitoring, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 operations, backup validation, and compliance processes. Follows SOPs, participates in 24/7 shift coverage, and collaborates with senior security professionals while developing cybersecurity and investigative skills.
