Designs and manages AI-enabled digital journeys in HubSpot, including workflows, forms, segmentation, personalization, behavioral triggers, and nurture programs. Owns website-to-HubSpot data connections, tracking standards, lead scoring inputs, conversion optimization, QA, and automation documentation. Partners with Marketing, Web, Content, and Marketing Operations to connect digital engagement with prospect qualification and downstream marketing processes.

Provides email, chat, and phone support for NoveList products, troubleshooting technical and product issues, assisting daily product operations, collaborating with product, development, sales, and marketing teams, maintaining documentation, supporting QA testing, and providing technical expertise. The role requires two or more years of technical support and workplace Microsoft Office experience.

Coordinates customized marketing programs for large strategic customers, serving as a customer contact and partnering with Sales and Marketing. Manages campaigns, webinars, events, newsletters, communications, budgets, timelines, and reporting. Writes and edits customer-facing content, coordinates internal resources, tracks engagement and expenses, and improves scalable marketing processes. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, customer relationship, and organizational skills.
