Designs role-based training and learning paths for radar hardware and software products. Creates e-learning, simulations, labs, assessments, job aids, and technical reference materials. Partners with engineers, product managers, Solutions Engineers, and support teams to translate complex systems into effective instruction. Manages content reviews, publication, version control, product updates, learning evaluation, and multiple release-driven projects.

Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy, build and deliver scalable training (including onboarding and leadership/manager programs), manage the LMS and learning metrics (AS9100 reporting), partner with HR and business leaders on career and competency frameworks, manage vendors and L&D budget, and continuously evaluate and improve programs to support organizational growth.

Provides strategic and administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents and leadership teams across Research, Development, and Product. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and planning coordination, travel and expense administration, preparation of agendas and briefing materials, action-item tracking, dashboard and documentation maintenance, vendor and financial paperwork, confidential communications, and process improvement.

Lead development of radar pose estimation and sensor-fusion systems for GPS-denied environments. Develop algorithms using radar, IMU, terrain maps, SLAM, inertial navigation, factor graphs, and machine learning, then guide them from research through production deployment. Analyze field data, identify failure modes, make system-level tradeoffs, and collaborate with radar, signal processing, embedded software, systems, and test teams. Provide technical leadership on localization, navigation, and target-tracking capabilities.

Own complex multilayer PCB designs for radar and related hardware from schematic review through production release. Translate electrical and mechanical requirements into manufacturable RF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed boards. Apply signal and power integrity, EMC, thermal, reliability, and DFM/DFA/DFT practices. Support NPI, production, sustaining changes, suppliers, and manufacturing issue resolution. Maintain component libraries, improve design standards and tool flows, and mentor junior PCB designers.

Owns electronic component engineering across product development, production, and sustaining operations. Evaluates and qualifies components, manages BOM risks, obsolescence, lifecycle changes, alternates, supplier quality issues, and supply continuity. Partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers on NPI, production readiness, compliance, ECOs, and sustaining changes. Maintains component records and documentation in PLM, supports hardware production, and mentors junior engineers.

Architect and develop a next-generation radar software platform using asynchronous Rust backend services, APIs, real-time data models, and React front ends. Advance algorithms and prototypes into high-performance, observable production systems designed for resilience, offline operation, security, and intermittent connectivity. Improve CI/CD, testing, instrumentation, and service reliability while collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction.

Perform RF measurements, extended testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations for radar subsystems and components. Design and improve RF test methods, fixtures, equipment, procedures, and guidelines while collaborating with electrical, systems, and manufacturing teams. Analyze RF performance metrics, support board- and system-level debugging, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

The role collaborates with firmware and software teams, supports test environments and automation infrastructure, and improves product quality and testability.

Designs and executes feature-level, end-to-end, manual, exploratory, automated, and hardware-in-the-loop tests for embedded systems, radar firmware, and SDKs. Defines test strategies and acceptance criteria, maintains test plans and reports, manages defects, supports test infrastructure, investigates root causes, and collaborates with firmware and software teams to improve quality. The role also mentors junior engineers and promotes strong testing practices.

Designs, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests for web applications, RESTful APIs, user interfaces, and backend services. Develops test plans, cases, reports, and automation using Python, Playwright, and Selenium. Investigates defects, performs exploratory testing, supports test environments and CI/CD infrastructure, and collaborates with software, product, and firmware teams to improve testability and product quality.

Coordinates hardware and software product development projects across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, milestones, BOM configurations, ECOs, procurement activities, material readiness, project documentation, meetings, reports, dashboards, and action items. The role supports prototype and production transitions, resolves shortages and supplier issues, and helps improve project management processes.

Lead complex hardware and software product development programs for advanced commercial radar solutions. Define and manage development plans, coordinate cross-functional engineering, research, manufacturing, sourcing, and customer teams, track program metrics, resolve risks, and improve product development methodologies. The role requires experience leading hardware programs and collaborating with customers and partners, with embedded software, PLM, project management tools, and Agile experience preferred.

Creates graphic design, video, motion graphics, 3D visualizations, marketing collateral, event materials, advertising, presentations, social content, and sales-support assets. Translates complex radar technology into accessible visual stories, manages multimedia asset libraries, supports onsite production, and collaborates with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams. The role requires strong typography and layout skills, video editing, motion design, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, project organization, and deadline management.

Supports software compliance and product security governance by coordinating vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, SDLC controls, audit evidence, release-readiness artifacts, and compliance gap remediation. Partners with engineering, security, and product teams to translate requirements into actionable controls, improve development and release processes, and maintain audit and customer-review readiness.

Leads complex supplier-driven hardware and technology integration programs for radar and sensing platforms. Responsibilities include development planning, supplier qualification and onboarding, technology feasibility reviews, hardware integration, process maturation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination among engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and external partners. The role also supports strategic capability planning and requires domestic and international supplier travel of up to 25%.

Design, develop, optimize, test, and debug high-assurance embedded Linux software for radar equipment subsystems using C++. Participate in code and design reviews, improve development and testing practices, automate testing, and collaborate with radar, signal-processing, hardware, and software teams. The role owns assigned software components and contributes to secure, real-time platform functionality, including systems-level programming, communication protocols, and continuous improvement.
