The Senior RF Engineer will ensure performance and reliability of radar products, lead investigations, and collaborate across teams to drive design improvements and maintain product integrity.

The Principal Software Engineer will design, develop, and optimize high-assurance embedded software components, mentoring junior engineers and leading architecture design for radar equipment subsystems.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver radar-related software products. Own program planning, risk management, backlog and Product Owner duties, drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, report status to stakeholders, and continuously improve development practices to meet customer and business objectives.

Provide technical support for Echodyne radar products: troubleshoot customer data, manage RMAs and support cases (Salesforce.com), coordinate with engineering, stage/demo hardware, and occasionally travel for mission-critical onsite support.
