Build and architect a next-generation radar software platform, including asynchronous Rust backend services, APIs, real-time data models, React integrations, resilient offline-capable systems, observability, CI/CD, testing, and security hardening. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams, mentor peers, lead design reviews, and advance algorithms and domain logic into high-performance production services for defense and automotive applications.

Develops system architectures for advanced radar prototypes, translating mission needs into requirements, interfaces, technical budgets, and verification plans. Leads cross-disciplinary trade studies spanning RF, digital, compute, calibration, power, thermal, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and test. Plans experiments and integration activities to retire technical risks, maintains architecture baselines and decisions, and guides prototype results into product-development transitions. Requires extensive systems architecture experience and eligibility to handle export-controlled technical data.

Develop and deploy machine learning capabilities for radar systems, including labeling automation, active learning, classification, tracking, data augmentation, and self-supervised models. Build training and evaluation pipelines, assess robustness across rare targets and field conditions, analyze failures, and integrate models into production radar products. Optimize accuracy, latency, computation, and reliability for embedded, resource-constrained systems.
