Develops segmentation models, customer journey maps, learning agendas, reporting tools, and actionable recommendations for product, marketing, partnerships, and business strategy. Presents insights to executive leadership and the board, manages research vendors and budgets, and builds a scalable consumer insights capability.

Drive full-cycle, quota-bearing retail partnerships: prospect, negotiate, close contracts, and ensure kiosk installations. Build ROI-driven proposals, present to executives, manage Salesforce pipeline, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, and analyze market/competitive trends to grow revenue.

Own and grow a portfolio of retail partnerships: build account plans, analyze performance data, lead business reviews, manage escalations and installs, coordinate cross-functionally, support marketing and business development, and advocate customer needs to improve product and operations.

Lead balance sheet forecasting, maintain long-term integrated financial model, and own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast. Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for management and ownership, monitor covenant compliance, translate P&L drivers into GAAP-compliant balance sheet and cash flow projections, and partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
