The FP&A Manager will lead capital planning and budgeting, improve investment decision processes, and perform financial modeling to guide strategic initiatives.

Lead and scale a cross-functional engineering organization responsible for kiosks, cloud platforms, mobile, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled products. Drive technology strategy, architecture modernization, cloud-native migrations, AI adoption, DevOps/SRE and delivery excellence. Build high-performing teams, implement modern SDLC practices, and partner with Product, Data, and executive leadership to deliver resilient, scalable platforms that support business growth and international expansion.

Lead balance sheet forecasting, maintain long-term integrated financial model, and own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast. Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for management and ownership, monitor covenant compliance, translate P&L drivers into GAAP-compliant balance sheet and cash flow projections, and partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
