Leads public finance and infrastructure funding consulting projects from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include quantitative and financial analysis, impact fee and fiscal impact studies, tax and revenue policy evaluation, team and client management, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, report development, presentations, and business development. The role also mentors staff, supports stakeholder engagement, and translates complex findings into clear recommendations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
