Teams at Elastic

Recruit and advise hiring teams across G&A and Marketing, managing the full hiring lifecycle from talent engagement through offer and onboarding. Build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers and executives, improve candidate experience, execute recruiting strategies, and represent Elastic’s employer brand. The role requires managing multiple requisitions, recruiting for varied corporate functions, influencing stakeholders, and using ATS and recruiting technologies.

Provides sales operations strategy, planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for public sector sales teams. Owns pipeline KPIs, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, territory planning, resource models, and early-warning systems. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to improve pipeline conversion, coverage, bookings, and growth plans. Supports capacity planning, incentive strategy, overlay sales teams, and go-to-market initiatives.

Partners with enterprise and strategic clients to quantify solution value, develop ROI analyses and business cases, facilitate executive workshops, and deliver value realization strategies. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify use cases, manage initiatives, align stakeholders, and communicate technical solutions as measurable business outcomes. The role requires expertise in value engineering, consulting, value-based selling, financial modeling, change management, and executive presentations.
