Own strategic relationships, retention, and commercial growth for Elation’s highest-value SaaS customers. Develop account plans, manage executive relationships, lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional responses to customer needs. Track account health, usage, risks, and expansion pipeline while advising healthcare organizations on care delivery and business goals. Partner with Sales, Product, Services, Engineering, and leadership to improve enterprise customer engagement and growth.

Support full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offers, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, and recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define candidate profiles, improve candidate experience, evaluate AI recruiting tools, and contribute to HR programs, retention strategies, and team development.

Leads Elation’s product design strategy, organization, and standards for AI-native healthcare technology. Builds and develops a high-performing design team, establishes scalable design systems and research practices, partners with Product and Engineering leadership, and improves product quality, usability, accessibility, and coherence for clinicians and primary care practices.
