Leads and mentors an eLearning development team building interactive learning experiences. Provides hands-on technical leadership for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Storyline builds, responsive design, accessibility, QA, coding standards, and troubleshooting. Champions AI-assisted coding workflows, evaluates tools and frameworks, collaborates with design and project teams, and supports hiring, onboarding, and developer growth.

Partners with sellers and clients to diagnose performance gaps, design custom learning solutions, and develop winning proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work. Leads solutioning intake, scope definition, evaluation planning, proposal quality, and library development. Uses generative AI for research, drafting, design, and presentation production while coordinating sales, instructional design, delivery, and accounting teams. Tracks proposal performance and market intelligence to improve win rates, cycle time, and solution quality.

Develop advanced, interactive L3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360, including scenarios, branching, simulations, animation, and custom web interactions. Translate storyboards into polished learning products, apply UI/UX and visual design principles, ensure WCAG accessibility and SCORM/LMS compatibility, conduct comprehensive QA, troubleshoot technical challenges, and independently collaborate with creative and project teams. AI, automation, multimedia, and additional design software experience are valued.
