Lead national clinical compliance for multi-state SUD clinics, owning licensure, collaborating agreement regulation, incident management, policy lifecycle, and CARF accreditation. Build trackers, train leaders, manage audits and corrective actions, and partner with clinical, credentialing, and legal teams to keep clinics audit-ready and compliant during expansion.

Lead FP&A and analytics for operations, HR, and accounting: build financial models, forecast and report, design dashboards, own KPI monitoring, translate data into actionable recommendations, and write/optimize SQL queries against BigQuery.

Provide remote psychiatric supervision for SUD practice: serve as collaborating physician for psychiatric NPs, conduct monthly group and as-needed 1:1 supervision, perform monthly chart reviews, and support complex member care.
