Manage operational execution of mortgage trades from confirmation through settlement, including TBA and specified pool trades, GNMA pooling and certification, bulk bidding support, loan delivery coordination, settlement resolution, and cross-functional communication to ensure accurate investor execution and timely settlements.

Lead the Communication Underwriting department, set underwriting communication standards, ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines, drive operational excellence, mentor leaders, manage escalations, partner cross-functionally, optimize LOS/AUS workflows, and improve quality, productivity, and client experience across mortgage underwriting.

Drive wholesale mortgage growth by building and maintaining broker relationships, managing loan pipelines, identifying new business, coordinating with operations and underwriting, training clients, distributing marketing materials, mentoring junior reps, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while ensuring high loan quality and client satisfaction.
