Leads enterprise-wide technical and transformation initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Data, Security, and Innovation. Responsibilities include program governance, requirements gathering, product documentation, architecture and process modeling, delivery coordination, risk and dependency management, AI use-case evaluation, vendor assessment, and executive stakeholder communication. The role establishes documentation standards and supports modernization through Agile practices, integrations, automation, and responsible AI governance.

Leads the Account Management team supporting mortgage loan pipelines from processing through closing. Coaches Account Managers, monitors workload, KPIs, service levels, quality, and compliance, and manages escalations and complex loan issues. Partners with Sales, brokers, Underwriting, Closing, Credit, Compliance, Training, and Technology to resolve obstacles, improve workflows, maintain communication, and ensure loans progress efficiently. The role also supports team development, performance accountability, process improvement, and a high-quality partner experience.

Lead hands-on software engineering and architecture across multiple teams, designing and delivering Angular and .NET applications, APIs, integrations, cloud solutions, and reusable engineering platforms. Modernize legacy systems, improve reliability and security, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen CI/CD and testing, and mentor engineers. Establish practical AI-assisted development practices and customer-facing AI capabilities with appropriate security, validation, traceability, and human oversight.
