The Marketing Associate will drive awareness and market presence, execute integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize AI automation in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Lead and scale net-new SaaS sales into home health and hospice providers. Build and manage a team of Account Executives, own pipeline, forecasting, deal strategy, refine sales processes, support complex/strategic deals, and align cross-functionally on ICP and positioning.

Identify and qualify healthcare provider prospects, build pipeline, execute full enterprise sales cycle, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success, maintain Salesforce, deliver forecasts, and meet revenue targets (30-40% travel).
