Build and scale ElevenLabs’ North American public sector partner program across federal, state and local government, and education markets. Own relationships with VARs, resellers, and systems integrators; design partner incentives and enablement; drive co-selling, pipeline, revenue, onboarding, and partner performance. The role requires deep knowledge of government procurement, contract vehicles, compliance frameworks, and public sector SaaS or cloud sales, while establishing a new partner motion from the ground up.

Own ElevenAPI product and model launches from positioning and messaging through documentation, demos, sample code, and launch execution. Partner with research, engineering, developer growth, content, and partnerships teams. Represent developer needs by analyzing usage data, community feedback, and builder conversations to influence roadmap and product communication.

Own self-serve growth for Reception.ai by building and scaling paid digital, SEO, influencer, creator, partnership, organic social, and viral launch channels. Analyze acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across SMB users, optimize self-serve funnels, and inform the product roadmap through data-driven experimentation.
