Sets goals, KPIs, budgets, and testing strategies; advises senior leadership on investment priorities and scales successful marketing initiatives. Manages and develops marketing talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Leads early clinical development and clinical pharmacology programs from preclinical planning through Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies. Designs and oversees clinical trials, protocols, biomarker studies, safety monitoring, regulatory submissions, data dissemination, and investigator collaboration. Partners with research, statistics, safety, regulatory, and commercial teams while ensuring GCP and regulatory compliance. Provides scientific leadership, supports product strategy and commercialization, engages external experts, and develops clinical research talent.

Provide strategic patent counseling for key pharmaceutical assets: develop global patent filing and prosecution strategies, assess freedom-to-operate and IP risk, advise senior management, lead projects and task-directed teams, and drive continuous improvement in patent practice.
