Manage a portfolio of B2B customers in Thailand, leading onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Build executive relationships, develop customer success plans, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Renewals. The role also supports business development by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, researching the Thai EdTech market, supporting localized campaigns, and tracking expansion metrics.

Own and accelerate ELSA’s B2B Dashboard during a three-month contract. Build production-ready full-stack features across Go, Python, and Vue.js; shape product requirements; make UI/UX decisions; improve APIs and user experiences; use AI development tools; and collaborate with product, design, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact improvements autonomously.
