Designs, integrates, installs, tests, modernizes, and sustains Army operational technology systems, including SCADA, BAS, FRCS, UMCS, DDC, PLCs, utility metering, and OT networks. Conducts site surveys, develops engineering and installation documentation, troubleshoots systems, supports cybersecurity compliance, coordinates field deployments, and provides training and sustainment guidance. The role requires frequent CONUS and OCONUS travel, work in industrial and utility environments, and an active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Manage IT projects and implement Salesforce and contact center technologies, including IVR, chatbots, live chat, VoIP, ACD/CTI, CRM, and knowledge management tools. Design and implement contact center solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, facilitate requirements sessions with business users, and recommend improvements based on technical operations and customer experience. The role requires managing implementations in contact centers with at least 100 seats.
