Lead GTM and market-building for Traders, Renewable Developers/IPPs, Data Centers, and Consultants across the Americas. Own segment strategy, pipeline creation, ARR targets, and forecast accuracy. Manage six Account Executives and align Customer Success for adoption and expansion. Build value propositions, partner ecosystems, sales playbooks, and drive new-logo acquisition and net revenue retention through cross-functional execution.

Leads US energy market modeling and PLEXOS implementation projects for system operators, regulators, and government organizations. Builds and calibrates models, forecasts prices and cross-border flows, evaluates portfolio optimization, risk, hedging, secondary-market strategies, and investment decisions. Supports business development through proof-of-concept models, technical presentations, proposals, market studies, training, and thought leadership. Requires strong electricity-market expertise, analytical ability, communication skills, and customer-facing consulting capability.
