Responsibilities include managing Grafana and Instana ecosystems, dashboards, alerts, telemetry pipelines, incidents, RCA, databases, and platform health. Automates provisioning, monitoring deployment, remediation, and operational workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, and Puppet. Supports 24x7 operations, major incidents, ITIL processes, service onboarding, documentation, and cross-functional reliability initiatives.

Develop, maintain, support, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests across waterfall and agile projects. Provide technical documentation, evaluate implementation options, resolve complex application and integration issues, and guide junior team members.

Architects, develops, and maintains high-performance C++ applications with advanced memory management and multithreaded architectures. Owns critical system components, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, debugging, profiling, and performance tuning. Leads code reviews, technical planning, and system design while mentoring engineers. Works in Linux environments with Python, shell scripting, SQL, and Git, and collaborates across teams to improve reliability, scalability, and technical growth.
